The Business Intelligence (BI) Business Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for leading BI projects & initiatives by translating Business Stakeholders reporting needs into BI applications enabling data driven decision making. This position is part of the Business Intelligence Team within Equipment Services, Service Delivery, Service Digital department, supporting functions, such as: Service Delivery, Commercial Sales, Finance, Product Management and others with BI use cases.  At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Translate complex business problems & needs into detailed User Stories Analyze data from sources such as: Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle, Enovia, Marketo, Adobe Analytics and ValGenesis to prepare proposals on application functional data architecture Conduct, Lead & Coordinate BI application testing within the development lifecycle Conduct dashboard presentations for business users Manage & Lead selected BI Projects assuring delivery with quality and according to plan Co-prioritize demand & contribute to BI roadmap Who you are: B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent (STEM) Long standing experience as Business Analyst Several years of experience with BI Tools like: Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar UX/UI design experience within BI domain It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Project Management Data Stewardship This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
