Take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.   Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.   The Associate Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Cytiva is responsible for the execution of technical projects supporting current and future business growth. The projects focus on multiple products for the Cell Therapy business. The project manager has a key leadership role not only with the technical team but across all functions and customers to achieve a successful outcome whilst using Danaher Business Tools and robust project and team management methods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and quality management systems.       This position reports to  the Sr. Manager, Project Manageme nt   a nd is part of the Cell Therapy R&D Department  located in  Grens , Switzerland and will be an on-site role .     What you will do :   Work closely with Strategic Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to understand market and customer needs , and help define product requirements   Enable collaborative definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimate for new product development and sustaining projects   Lead cross-functional teams to effectively deliver projects on time and within budget , evaluating and managing project risks and issues, leveraging the a ppropriate resources within and/or outside the department   Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across different locations to proactively anticipate challenges, coordinate project timelines, and facilitate decision making   Communicate across functional departments, and provide periodic stakeholder and steering committee communications , and escalate concerns and issues as necessary   Maintain organizational standards of performance, while ensuring compliance with QMS requirements, product lifecycle process, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, EHS, and other functional support processes   Identify and share best practices of application of tools and ways of working to drive continuous improvements   Who you are :   Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, software, systems, industrial, biomedical, or related discipline) and 5+ years project leadership/management experience within product development, manufacturing or research environment, preferabl y in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industry   Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget, while satisfying quality and performance requirements   Proficient in project management principles (e.g., planning, resource allocation, cost estimation, risk analysis, communication) and tools . Professional Project Management certification is an asset ( e.g. PMI ) . Experience of end-to-end project management within product lifecycle process   Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder s in a matrix organization and to collaborate with diverse and global cross-functional teams . Demonstrated experience of working closely with clients and suppliers to deliver results . Demonstrated ability to work with decision makers.    Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills . Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills . Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environmen t. Strong verbal and written communication skills .
