The Field Service Trainee for Cytiva is part of the India Equipment services organization located in Kolkata and will be a Remote customer facing role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Will accompany the service engineers and help them in pre-installation work, equipment demo & other service activities. This will involve travel within the city and outside as well. Will ensure the delivery of operations - installing, troubleshooting, planned maintenance of the various range of Single use and Chromatography Equipment sold by CYTIVA Life Science to the customers in Biopharmaceutical Industries. Required to attend independently or with a trained engineer and close the service calls as per CYTIVA Service Quality. Support the team in service documentation work & be an active contributor. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology / Instrumentation /Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics/ Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering Ability to learn quickly & demonstrate independent working straits Interface and gel with both internal team members and external customers. Should have knowledge about the basic tools used for service and repairs Fluency in English language. Ability to learn the processes in CYTIVA Life Sciences for reporting, escalations, travel.
