Job Description Summary Job Description Csatlakozz hozzánk termelési csapatunk támogatására, ahol a mindennapi működésben és folyamatos fejlesztésekben játszhatsz kulcsszerepet. Nálunk gyakorlati tapasztalatot szerezhetsz egy dinamikus, repülőipari környezetben, valós felelősséggel és fejlődési lehetőségekkel. Fő feladatok Visual boardok naprakészen tartása: frissítések, státuszok és KPI-ok követése Adatgyűjtés és -rendezés: termelési adatok összegyűjtése, egyeztetése és előkészítése riportokhoz Napi genba bejárásokon és délelőtti meetingeken való részvétel: észrevételek rögzítése, akciópontok követése Információáramlás támogatása: területek és cellák közötti kommunikáció és egyeztetések segítése Riportok és prezentációk készítése: vezetői összeállítások támogatása Adminisztratív támogatás: meetingek előkészítése, jegyzőkönyvek és akciótervek követése Elvárások Aktív hallgatói jogviszony Minimum heti 32 óra rendelkezésre állás a veresegyházi telephelyen Rendszerszintű gondolkodás, analitikus és proaktív hozzáállás Magabiztos Excel-ismeretek (függvények, pivot, alap grafikonok) Előny: SAP tapasztalat vagy ERP-rendszerek ismerete Jó kommunikációs készség, precizitás, csapatmunkára való nyitottság Előny: lean/gyártási környezetben szerzett tapasztalat vagy érdeklődés Amit kínálunk Valós szakmai feladatok és felelősség, mentorálással Rugalmas, órarendhez igazítható beosztás (minimum 32 óra/hét) Fejlődési lehetőség termelésirányítás, adatelemzés és lean módszertanok területén Hosszú távú együttműködés és akár diplomamunka-témák támogatása Versenyképes gyakornoki juttatás Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
