Site Overview: On Wing Support Korea was launched in 2000 at Gimpo Airport. Recognizing the growing need for support, we expanded the center in 2013. It was relocated to the Gimpo Aerospace Industrial Complex with enhanced quick-turn service capabilities for large engines. One of seven global centers, it serves as a crucial hub for quick-turn and real-time services in Asia Pacific to keep our customers flying. Role Overview: Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects. Inform and focus the needs of customers. Build customer relationship through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives. Ideal Candidate The Ideal candidate is a MOLIT License holder and has hands on experiences on aircraft engines. Required Qualifications Essential Qualification: Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic License (Issued by MOLIT / Korea). Ability to understand maintenance manual and other technical data. Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology. Line maintenance, engine change, module removal & installation, LRU replacement, BSI and NDT. Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skills. Experience in repair of large commercial engines. English communication skill. Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn  Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively  Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative  Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker  This position is 1 year contract but depends on the company decision, contract can be changed to Permanent Position after 1 year contract.
