As the Labeling Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and defining a new labeling team of 10 employees in Bangalore. You will be driving the labeling creation in Radiometers within labels,  coordinating of labeling translation with external vendor, and be responsible for labeling system support. Further you will as labeling Team Manager secure a strong relation to Global Labeling team in Poland and Denmark, who are responsible for all labeling assessment and implementation coordination and secure that we  follow Radiometer internal procedures within documentation. This position reports to the Director for R&D Global Labeling in Denmark and is part of the Radiometer Global Labeling Team located in Bangalore  and will be an on-site role.   In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Set direction for labeling handling and processes in BDC and with Global impact Ensure compliance with global requirements for labeling (IVDR/MDR/UDI/FDA/CFDA etc.) Drive continuous process optimization Deploy clear prioritization and structured in-take of new labeling tasks Ensure effective execution of label changes and label creation Ensure timely handling and coordination of labeling translation Ensure labeling system development and support Improve quality, reduce MUDA / operating expenses, and ensure alignment with all key stakeholders Harvest the benefits of Veracity, (automated labeling artwork management system) in relation to the end-to-end cross-functional labeling process The essential requirements of the job include Candidate degree in science or similar Minimum 7 years’ experience working with labelling/RA/QA in a regulated industry Minimum 7 years of Leadership experience from leading international / global teams Proven success within project management / program management capabilities Experience with LEAN in daily operations High-level of proficiency in English, writing and speech. MS Office tools experience Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel – expected  10 days travel/year to Europe It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Axapta/ERP systems Working in Supply Chain, Production or R&D Join our winning team today.
