Garden Technician III This role is essential to maintaining the health and productivity of crops and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role will perform hands-on care and upkeep of our garden to ensure the highest quality to elevate the kitchen and dining experience for our Team Members. Garden Technician III Job Duties Daily Garden Maintenance Planting, weeding, mulching, cultivating, and harvesting crops Washing and preparing produce for kitchen-readiness Assist with soil preparation and compost management Support irrigation setup and monitoring Follow sustainable and organic growing practices as directed Tool & Equipment Use Responsible for safe use and operation of basic hand tools and garden equipment Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas Support the Garden & Grounds Manager with inventory, notifying and escalating inventory / equipment needs as necessary Garden Technician III Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks Must be comfortable working in adverse weather conditions such as heat, rain, cold, etc. Must have a strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively on a team Why Clayton?
