汇报 给 ：高级研发经理   Reports to: Senior R&D Manager 工作地点：天津 Work Location: Tianjin 主要职责 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop surface chemistries/materials to enable media/sorbent development for liquid chromatography column and sample prep consumable products Support Technical and Manufacturing personnel in transfer, optimization, scale-up, and troubleshooting of production processes and SOPs Design, develop, validate, and commercialize solutions/products to address unmet needs in liquid chromatography separation and sample preparation in industry Lead projects within R&D and in collaboration with Project Management/Product/Operations/Marketing, including proper planning, resource allocation, execution, and completion, to drive high on time delivery of new products Maintain all instruments and equipment in excellent condition, keep all work areas neat and clean, and follow all safety procedures without exception Publish data, file patents, and disseminate research within/outside Danaher Perform other functions required for development, commercialization, and support of new products and sustainment of existing products, as required Travel as required (<15%) 教育及经历 EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Master’s degree or higher in chemistry/polymer sciences or related fields At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in organic synthesis or surface functionalization Proficient in written English for technical communication Demonstrate extreme ownership and hold themself accountable to achieve key project objectives through technology development Experience with media/sorbent development for separation products is preferred Strong record of scientific publications and patents is preferred Join our winning team today.
