Your work will be at the forefront of technology, ensuring our products meet the highest standard. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in testability and test data\yield reviews with product/test engineering teams, working together to define and enhance yield and test methodologies. What We're Looking For This position is eligible for 2026 RDSS (Research and Development Substitute Services) program. Please confirm your eligibility with local district office if you are interested in applying for this role. Candidates who are not eligible for 2026 RDSS are still also welcomed! Understand basic digital testing theory. Some experience knowledge in part of field ATE testing (critical skill) on the Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platform(s), test methodology, silicon process, product yield analysis, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing. Knowledge of VBT,C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environment. Effective interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated individual contributor with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
