This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to convert analytical outcomes into insights that influence executive decision‑making and drive measurable business impact.   What you will be doing ·        Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, time‑series, and ensemble methods) to uncover trends, drivers, and predictive insights from large datasets. ·        Build scalable ML scripts and analytics pipelines in Python, ensuring model transparency, reproducibility, and business relevance. ·        Leverage Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, pipelines) to enable enterprise‑scale analytics and ML workloads integrated with BI solutions. ·        Develop Power BI dashboards that go beyond reporting by embedding advanced analytics, ML outputs, and contextual narratives for executive audiences. ·        Tell a clear story with data—transforming complex analyses into intuitive visuals, narratives, and executive summaries that explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions to take next . ·        Apply strong business knowledge to frame analytics in the context of operational, financial, and strategic objectives, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with business priorities. ·        Communicate insights effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, through storytelling, presentations, and recommendations ·        Ensure responsible use of data and AI, maintaining high standards for data quality, model explainability, and trust.   What you bring: ·        Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics. ·        Proficiency in Python for ML and data analysis (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, etc.). ·        Hands‑on experience with Power BI, including advanced data modeling, DAX, and executive‑level visual storytelling. ·        Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics architecture. ·        Strong data storytelling skills to simplify complexity, highlight insights, and influence decisions through narratives and visuals ·        Business acumen with the ability to understand business processes, KPIs, and decision drivers, and connect analytics directly to outcomes.
