With an executive presence, this person will design practice solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business   requirements,   and future business growth objectives.         What   you will   be doing :   Practice   De velopment :   De fine,   maintain , and enhance practice offerings to support business   objectives , strategic   de velopment roadmap, and client needs.   Solution   De sign :   De sign, enhance, and implement practice offerings tailored to specific client requirements and market opportunities.   Client Consultation : Consult with sales, account management, and clients to recommend   appropriate practice   offerings that meet strategic business needs.   Technology Projects : Advise clients on strategic technology projects within the practice area.   Pre-Sales Support : Provi de   pre-sales support, including   de veloping proposals, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects, and   de livering presentations.   Stakehol de r Collaboration : Collaborate with product management,   de velopment, sales, and senior management to   de fine and support the practice area.   Relationship Management : Nurture relationships,   de fine consulting engagements, and sell initiatives to support relationship needs.   Client Satisfaction :   Maintain   quality relationships with internal and external clients to gain referrals and achieve excellent client satisfaction and loyalty.   Process Improvement :   I de ntify   business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.   Thought Lea de rship : Ensure the practice provi de s industry thought lea de rship.   Issue Resolution : Research and resolve critical issues related to the practice in   a timely   and professional manner.   Expertise : Provi de   technical and business domain   expertise .   Client Interaction : Work directly with clients and travel to client sites as nee de d.     What you will need:     Subject Matter Expertise : Recognized by peers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in   de bi t   card platforms and the practice specialty   Project Lea de rship :   10+ years of recent experience   overseeing every aspect and all activities associated with complex programs   Migration Expertise :   10+ years   if   recent experience   with office migration and product knowledge.   De bi t   Card Knowledge :   10+ years of recent experience   and have   extensive knowledge of   de bi t   card systems and processes.   Team Lea de rship :   10+ years of recent experience   in the   de finition and implementation of service offerings for multiple projects.   Practice Expertise : In- de pth knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area and related business.   Industry Knowledge : In- de pth knowledge of the financial services industry and related practice specialty.   Financial Skills : Strong   financial management   and planning skills.   Management Communication : Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.   Relationship Building : Proven success in building relationships.   Influence and Persuasion : Ability to persua de   and influence others on the best approach to take.   Travel : Willingness to travel 5%-10% or as nee de d.     Ad de d bonus   if you have:   Bachelor’s   de gree in business administration, management, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.   PMP Certification     What we offer you:   A career at FIS is more than just a job.   It’s   the change to shape the future of fintech.
