Role location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office, 2 days virtual) About the team : FIS’ Ambit Asset Finance is a fully integrated, bottom‑up solution designed to operate on a single database, ensuring scalability across a wide range of asset finance operations. A unified platform provides complete historical and behavioural data, full data consistency, and real‑time updates across all processes. The solution supports diverse operational models, including direct business, dealer networks, and branch operations. It can handle all types of asset finance products across multiple asset classes, such as loans, leases, hire purchase, vehicle financing, equipment financing, and vendor financing About the Role In this varied role you will be working closely with  significant clients in the financial services industry assisting with Business Analysis and Project Management of strategic projects.  You will be involved in: Requirement gathering and analysis on cyber security requirements – applications, infrastructure, network and controls and processes Business Analysis of full business requirements and clients’ needs and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries Collaborating with senior level clients, product managers and technical architects to develop, enhance and implement the business architecture for complex business solutions to support specific client requirements Reviewing functional and business process designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements Working with stakeholders to track risk and security requirements towards implementation Mentorship of colleagues and internal stakeholders for knowledge transfer Providing regular governance and reporting to internal and external stakeholders such as incidents, risk, vulnerability, and control gap reporting What you Will Need: A strong background in Asset Finance and the Financial Services industry A solid background in Business Consulting, with strong client‑facing experience and the ability to work comfortably and effectively on the client side.
