Job Description: Job description (heading) /  Description du poste (titre) Office Management:  Manages facility maintenance, renovations, and ensures optimal office cleanliness standards. Fixed Asset & Office Administration:  Manages fixed asset databases and office administration including records management and account payable. Health, Safety, and Physical Security :  Develops OHS programs and manages physical security strategies, including security control. Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre ) Deep understanding of fixed asset management and facility operations Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, emergency response procedures, business continuity and crisis management including of physical security Expertise in budget management, cost control, and office administration process Knowledge of records management policies, document retention, and archiving standards Vendor management and contract negotiation skills Project management capabilities for office relocation and renovation projects Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre) Minimum Education: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management /General Services, at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre) Office Management:  Oversee facility maintenance, manage office renovations, and supervise cleaning services to ensure a productive work environment. Fixed Asset & Office Administration:  Track company assets via tagging and inventory, manage office supplies/pantry, handle accounts payable and records management. Health, Safety, and Physical Security:  Implement occupational health and safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and manage security systems  (access control and CCTV systems).
