Job Description: Job description (heading) /  Description du poste (titre) We are seeking an experienced ETL Production Support Team Lead to lead and oversee our ETL production support function. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and reliability of ETL, data pipelines while managing a team of support engineers, driving incident resolution, problem management and continuously improving support processes. The ideal candidate is both technically hands-on and people-focused, capable of leading by example while coordinating across development, infrastructure and business teams. Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre ) IDMC / Informatica Autosys Exposure to Monitoring Alerts ITIL Knowledge Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre) 5+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Production Support 2+ years in a Team Lead or Sr. Support Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Power Center and/or IDMC Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting Experience supporting batch jobs, workflows, and schedulers Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL architecture Experience working in SLA-driven production support environment Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre) Lead daily production support for IDMC/Informatica ETL jobs Monitoring batch schedules, workflows and integrations Act as L2 escalation point for ETL failure, data issues and performance incidents Perform and lead RCA and implement preventive solutions Ensure data accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of critical datasets Manage team workloads, shifts and on-call schedule Maintain and enforce runbooks, SOP/s and knowledge base documentation Track incidents, trends, SLA metrics Drive automation, monitoring improvements and operational best practices Job Category: IT - Technology Services Posting End Date: 30/05/2026
