Nell’ambito della Joint Venture costituita per la realizzazione del Programma GCAP, ricerchiamo la figura di Personnel Threat Specialist per il Quartier Generale GCAP sito a Reading (UK).  OBIETTIVO DELL’INCARICO: Il ruolo di Personnel Threat Specialist è adatto a una persona capace di portare struttura, chiarezza e direzione strategica al programma di intelligence sulla sicurezza del personale di Edgewing. Combina capacità analitiche, coinvolgimento degli stakeholder e reporting rigoroso, per garantire che i decisori ricevano informazioni tempestive e operative sulle minacce a persone, asset e operazioni. Il Personnel Threat Specialist è responsabile della definizione, prioritizzazione e gestione dei requisiti informativi dell’organizzazione relativi alle minacce al personale. Ciò include indicatori di rischio interno, minacce contro i dipendenti, molestie mirate, criticità comportamentali e rischi associati a viaggi o a ruoli esposti al pubblico. Il ruolo assicura che le attività di intelligence siano allineate alle esigenze operative, che le minacce emergenti vengano monitorate in modo efficace e che il management riceva informazioni chiare e azionabili per proteggere l’HQ di Edgewing e le sedi delle National Company. RESPONSABILITA’: La risorsa farà parte della funzione di Operations per la JV e a diretto riporto del Threat Requirements & Reporting Lead Specialist. COMPITI: Gestione dei Requisiti di Intelligence Sviluppare, mantenere e prioritizzare i requisiti di intelligence sulle minacce al personale (PTIRs). Collaborare con HR, sicurezza, ufficio legale, relazioni con i dipendenti, sicurezza viaggi ed executive protection per comprendere le esigenze informative. Tradurre preoccupazioni relative alla sicurezza dei dipendenti, ai rischi interni o a indicatori comportamentali in quesiti di intelligence chiari e operativi. Aggiornare continuamente i requisiti in base alle minacce emergenti legate al personale e ai cambiamenti organizzativi. Reporting di Threat Intelligence Redigere report di intelligence, allerte e briefing di alta qualità focalizzati sulle minacce al personale. Produrre output strategici, operativi e tattici relativi a trend di rischio interno, minacce ai dipendenti, molestie mirate, indicatori di violenza sul luogo di lavoro e rischi legati ai viaggi. Adattare la reportistica a HR, leadership, team di sicurezza e altri destinatari sensibili. Presentare i risultati in modo chiaro e sicuro a stakeholder senior. Coordinamento del Ciclo di Intelligence Supervisionare i processi di tasking, raccolta, analisi e diffusione dell’intelligence relativa al personale. Coordinarsi con team interni e partner esterni qualificati per raccogliere informazioni pertinenti. Garantire che i prodotti di intelligence siano tempestivi, pertinenti e concretamente utilizzabili ai fini decisionali in ambito di protezione. Coinvolgimento degli Stakeholder Costruire relazioni solide con HR, ufficio legale, relazioni con i dipendenti, team viaggi e sicurezza operativa. Facilitare revisioni periodiche dei requisiti di intelligence e dell’efficacia della reportistica. Agire come punto di contatto principale per le esigenze informative focalizzate sul personale. Governance e Quality Assurance Mantenere standard, modelli e documentazione relativi ai requisiti e alla reportistica di intelligence sulle minacce al personale. Assicurare che tutti i prodotti di intelligence rispettino standard di qualità, accuratezza e conformità, in particolare in materia di privacy e trattamento dei dati. Supportare audit, valutazioni di maturità e il miglioramento continuo della funzione di intelligence sul personale. Miglioramento Continuo Identificare opportunità di potenziamento dei processi, strumenti e formati di reporting di intelligence. Monitorare le best practice di settore in materia di insider risk, valutazione delle minacce comportamentali e protective intelligence. Promuovere miglioramenti nel modo in cui l’intelligence relativa al personale viene raccolta, analizzata e comunicata. REQUISITI: Conoscenze e Competenze Tecniche: Solida esperienza in protective intelligence, gestione del rischio, valutazione delle minacce comportamentali o intelligence di sicurezza fisica. Capacità di tradurre informazioni complesse di natura comportamentale o di minaccia in insight chiari e operativi. Eccellenti capacità di scrittura e comunicazione, con esperienza nella redazione di report di intelligence sensibili. Solide competenze nella gestione degli stakeholder, in particolare con HR e ufficio legale. Familiarità con metodologie di threat assessment e framework di intelligence focalizzati sul personale. Esperienza con piattaforme di intelligence, ricerca open source e strumenti di analisi. JOB TITLE: Within the GCAP Joint Venture Security, we are looking for a Personnel Threat Specialist for GCAP HQ in Reading (UK). JOB PURPOSE: The Personnel Threat Specialist role suits someone who can bring structure, clarity and strategic direction to Edgewing’s personnel security intelligence programme.  It blends analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined reporting to ensure decision makers receive timely, actionable insights on threats to people, assets, and operations.  This Personnel Threat Specialist is responsible for defining, prioritising, and managing the organisation’s intelligence requirements related to personnel threats. This includes insider risk indicators, threats against employees, targeted harassment, behavioural concerns and risks associated with travel or public facing roles.  It ensures that intelligence activities are aligned with operational needs, that emerging threats are monitored effectively, and that leadership receives clear, actionable insights to protect Edgewing HQ and National Company facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: The role will be part of the Operations function for the JV and will report directly to the Threat Requirements & Reporting Lead Specialist. OBJECTIVES: Intelligence Requirements Management Develop, maintain, and prioritise personnel threat intelligence requirements (PTIRs). Work with HR, security, legal, employee relations, travel security and executive protection teams to understand intelligence needs. Translate concerns about employee safety, insider risk, or behavioural indicators into clear, actionable intelligence questions. Continuously update requirements based on emerging personnel‑related threats and organisational changes. Threat Intelligence Reporting Produce high‑quality intelligence reports, alerts, and briefings focused on personnel threats. Intelligence Cycle Coordination Oversee tasking, collection, analysis, and dissemination processes for personnel‑related intelligence. Ability to translate complex behavioural or threat information into clear, actionable insights. Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience producing sensitive intelligence reports. Strong stakeholder management capability, especially with HR and legal teams. Familiarity with threat assessment methodologies and personnel focused intelligence frameworks.
