Job Description: Technical Lead with extensive experience in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions that align with our business requirements. This role requires collaboration with various departments to understand their CRM needs, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems, and providing technical guidance and support to CRM users. Preferred skills Apex Lightning Components Salesforce APIs Visualforce Experience with salesforce integrations Salesforce Administrator Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM implementation. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Experience with CRM data modeling and architecture. Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experience with CRM integration with other system like Lead Management, Data lake. Experience with REST API and Integration. Knowledge of CRM best practices and standards. Responsibilities Design and implement CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with various departments to understand their CRM needs. Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other business systems. Develop and maintain CRM data models and architecture. Monitor and optimize CRM system performance. Provide technical guidance and support to CRM users. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends. Develop and implement CRM best practices and standards.
