What you will be doing: • Prepares customer payments for processing. • Coordinates set-up and maintenance activities for the remittance processor and related equipment. • Performs research and adjustment activities. • Processes exception items. • Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies. • Prepares outgoing collection notices for clients • Other related duties assigned as needed **Prior or current lockbox experience. **Schedule: Full Time. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm CST. The pay range for this full-time position is $0.00 - $999,999,999.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
