About the role: Prepare, review, and file local tax reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) Maintain and update tax records and stay current with tax law revisions. Identify and resolve discrepancies; anticipate potential tax filing conflicts. Assist with tax audits and annual external financial audits Validate payroll registers (earnings, deductions, bank files). Prepare and book payroll journal vouchers (JVs) in Oracle. About the team: We are currently 4 head count in the team and directly reporting to India FP&A We are reporting from Monday to Friday from 11 am to 8 pm We are on a hybrid work set up wherein we are required to report to office at least twice a week Our main responsibility are statutory compliance and payments, payroll and F&F validation and settlement, intercompany billings and settlement, month close journal entries and analysis and other finance functions. We coordinate with TPO, Corporate Tax Team, external tax consultants, and Operations What you will be doing: Supervising accounting, payroll, and finance staff to ensure accurate and timely reporting.  Develops and administers schedules and performance standards for the team.
