About the team Our Test Ops team supports complex, high-volume testing environments that power critical financial services platforms. We work collaboratively to manage configurations, streamline test operations, and ensure environments remain stable, efficient, and ready for rapid delivery. The team thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and supporting fast-moving projects with accuracy and accountability. What you will be doing You will take the lead in managing configuration activities across multiple testing environments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately. You’ll work closely with analysts, systems teams, and product partners while driving consistency, improving efficiency, and helping the team deliver high-quality outcomes. You’ll solve problems, streamline processes, and become a trusted go-to expert for environmental readiness and configuration standards. Main duties and responsibilities Lead configuration management across multiple test environments. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and stability of environment setups. Collaborate with Test Ops, systems teams, and project partners to support delivery. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and standards. Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and drive timely resolution. Maintain documentation, workflows, and configuration best practices. What you bring Key attributes Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving ability in fast-moving technical environments. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners. Skills & Experience Experience with configuration management in technical or operational environments. Familiarity with testing or QA workflows. Ability to quickly learn complex systems and tools. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Comfort working in team-centric, high-accountability environments. Ability to analyze issues and drive effective resolutions. Bonus if you have Experience with mainframe environments, JCL, or scheduling tools. Background in test operations or environment support. Exposure to automation or scripting for configuration tasks. Knowledge of incident management or operational escalations. Experience supporting financial services platforms.
