Wir suchen derzeit Business Analysten – Wertpapiersystem (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des Teams in Deutschland, idealerweise am Standort München. Über die Rolle: Als Business Analyst arbeitest Du eng mit der Entwicklungsabteilung zusammen, um regulatorische und zeitgemäße Anpassungen an den Wertpapier-Anwendungen vorzunehmen, sowie Neuentwicklungen voranzutreiben. Neben dem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, ist die Rolle geprägt von der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren IT-Architekten, mit dem Ziel, bankfachliche Themen in unsere Software-Assets zu übertragen. Über das Team: Unser Team ist verantwortlich für das Produkt Global Securities, das alle wertpapierbezogenen Bankprozesse unterstützt, zeitnah, prozessorientiert und rund um die Uhr - vom Frontend über das Ordermanagement bis zum Backoffice. Im Team arbeiten etwa 35 Personen, inklusive einem internationalen Team aus Softwareentwicklern. Deine Aufgaben: Du gestaltest fachliche/betriebswirtschaftliche Lösungen für die Wertpapierabwicklung der Zukunft Du unterstützt bei der Einführung Deiner Lösungen Du pflegst Deine Produktteile durch Analyse und Priorisierung von Incidents Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der betreuten Themenbereiche Du erstellst eigenständig Fachdokumentationen, Präsentations- und Schulungsunterlagen Du organisierst und leitest Workshops und Schulungen Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei der Gewinnung von Neukunden Du unterstützt den Projektleiter durch Übernahme anspruchsvoller Tätigkeiten Qualifikationen & Eigenschaften: Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau oder eine adäquate Qualifikation Gerne auch ein Absolvent mit IT-Affinität, der sich zum Business Analyst im Wertpapierbereich entwickeln möchte Kenntnisse über Bankapplikationen und Bankprozesse im Wertpapierumfeld Knowhow im Bereich Wertpapierabwicklung (Handel, Clearing/Settlement, Depotverwaltung, Erträge&Steuern, Fondsgeschäft) und Kenntnis der Infrastruktur im Wertpapiergeschäft (Börsen, Zentralverwahrer, Lagerstellen, Fondsplattformen) und Kenntnis der Wertpapierlieferanten (z.B.
