Deine Rolle Als Software Tester sicherst du eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität unserer Softwarelösungen, besitzt ein Verständnis für End-to-End Prozesse und besitzt den Anspruch, dass Anwendungen, Releases und Updates vollständig funktionieren. Über das Team Das Software Testing ist eine wichtige Säule innerhalb des Service Center eigenen Consulting Teams, das sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, konsequent die Nutzererfahrung unserer Kunden zu verbessern, Prozesse zu optimieren und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Training & Development-Team auch die Zufriedenheit unserer eigenen Mitarbeiter zu sichern. Was Du tun wirst: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Teststrategie eines unserer Kunden und bringst Struktur und Klarheit auf ein hohes Level Du planst, konzipierst und steuerst Tests über alle Systeme und Prozesse hinweg Du stellst sicher, dass Qualität in jedem Release-Zyklus mitgedacht wird Du prüfst Anforderungen auf Testbarkeit, Vollständigkeit und Klarheit Du begleitest Projekte von der Idee bis zum Go-Live Du entwickelst unsere Teststrategie kontinuierlich weiter Du bringst unsere Testautomatisierung auf das nächste Level Du arbeitest eng mit IT, Fachbereichen und Projektmanagement zusammen Du bist Sparringspartner, Qualitätstreiber und Strukturgeber in einem Was Du mitbringst: Berufserfahrung im Software Testing (eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Informatik-Studium sehen wir als Plus) Erfahrung im UI-Testmanagement oder QA-Umfeld Fundiertes Know-how in manuellen & automatisierten Tests (inkl. Schnittstellen, Performance) Erfahrung mit Testmanagement-Tools (ISTQB Zertifizierung ist ein Plus) Sicher im Lesen von Test-Matrixen Fit in Snow, Assyst, Jira und idealerweise Confluence Analytisch, strukturiert, kommunikativ Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch Was wir Dir bieten: Eine Karriere bei FIS ist mehr als nur ein Job.
