Purpose and main priorities of the role: As part of the Order Fulfilment team, the Production Planner Intern will support daily planning activities, with a specific focus on slitting operations and coordination between production, quality, logistics, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Working closely with your company tutor and the team, you will: Support the planning of slitting machines and help define production priorities. Assist in shipment planning for national and international customers, ensuring service deadlines are met. Contribute to the coordination of finished goods and semi-finished movements, including activities with external providers. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing service KPIs, production efficiency, and order management. Update and monitor KPI reports according to company standards. Interface with Customer Service regarding order monitoring and confirmations. Support stock analysis and inventory accuracy activities. Help identify potential bottlenecks between industrial and commercial planning, reporting issues and expected impacts promptly. Who we are looking for: You have a strong interest in Supply Chain and Production Planning. You possess good analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and strong organizational abilities. You are proactive, motivated, and a strong team player. You have good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across functions. You are comfortable with Excel and data analysis tools. You are proficient in English.
