Job Summary: Help manage and oversee nightly responsibilities of Night Clean Up Crew. Monitor operation of the Clean in Place (CIP) system. Troubleshoot mechanical problems. Responsible for: overall cleaning of Breaking facility and grounds. Assemble and disassemble equipment, clean with high pressure water and perform general janitorial cleaning. Duties and Responsibilities: · Help manage and oversee nightly responsibilities of Night Clean Up Crew · Operate and monitor the CIP (Clean In Place) System · Troubleshoot mechanical problems · Perform Night Clean Up Crew’s duties and responsibilities · Ensure compliance with and follow all OSHA safety regulations and procedures · Understand and interpret company, industry, state and federal regulations · Perform other tasks as assigned · Help train new sanitation workers on sanitation SOPs Backup: · A trained designee will be appointed by management to cover for absences or vacancies; refer to Rembrandt Foods site-specific facility back-up matrix on file. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: · Awareness and knowledge of surroundings in relation to climate, atmosphere and equipment · Ability to drive shag truck with/without tanker attached · Ability to use floor cleaning and refinishing equipment · Knowledge of basic chemical usage and safety · Mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge · Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely · Ability to read, understand and effectively communicate information through writing and speaking so others will understand · Hand/Eye/Foot Coordination · Time Management skills · Attention to detail · Leadership Skills · Independent Self Starter/Team Player · Mathematical Skills: Basic Arithmetic, count, add and subtract · Advanced English: fluent in: speaking, writing and reading Preferred: · Fine Motor Skills · Computer Skills: Touch Screens Equipment: · Rubber Boots/Frocks/ Hearing Protection/ Safety Glasses/ Hair nets/beard nets/Respirator mask/Hard hat · Trucks/ Tractor · Hand tools/ Power tools · Large push broom, kitchen pull broom/Squeegee, floor mop/ High pressure wand/ Air hoses Universal Expectations: · Follow all Bio-Security Procedures · Ensure that all care is provided with respect to customer, client and co-workers’ rights · Ensure a safe and clean work environment · Maintain confidentiality · Adhere to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks
