Everyone gets to push their potential to the   full .     At Fedrigoni you will   discover extraordinary*   every day.     Mission and key priorities of the role   You will play a vital role in ensuring quality   and   innovation on paper   products portfolio   and   to meet   customers'   expectations on bespoke products . By performing various tests and analyses   you   aim   to improve product quality, develop bespoke product for our   customers   or   support   a   brand-new   product development.    Your responsibilities include : Support s   the R&D Innovation team   with   Lab analysis and prototyping    Develop and test paper   solutions (ne w   raw material, new process, new   surface treatments ,   etc )   following our Stage-Gate process   Conduct a variety of tests to evaluate paper properties, such as tensile strength, thickness, brightness, opacity, and moisture content   ets , using   specialized equipment, such as tensile testers,   IR   and UV- Vis   spectrophotometer ,   moisture analyzers,   etc.   to perform tests accuratel y   A nalyz e, report   out   and record   test results,   identifying   any deviations from quality standards   D atabase   analysis   and   samples   archive management   Update the CRM system according to product development   process   Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly   maintained , calibrated, and serviced to ensure   accurate   and reliable test results   Identify   and report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed   Comply with   internal safety rules and   procedures   including raw materials use and storage    Who are we looking for: High school diploma/ bachelor’s   degree on Chemistry   and/or Paper   engineering   or strong working experience   on   similar fields   Ability in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis   and strong   willing   to   furtherly   learn   is a   plu ;   Previous   working experience in Paper Industry   ( Production,   Quality,   Laboratory , Research)   or   paper c onvert ing   is a plus   Strong analytical skills,   rigorous and detailed oriented person .   Highly motivated   with   the ability   to work independently.    Teamworking approach   championing   service & goal orientation   Fluent in English – as a plus   Why you   can’t   miss this opportunity: You’ll   have the chance to be part of a great transformation journey leading some of the key streams to make our company successful   and become an industry leader :   Innovation   management,   New   product   & process   development ,   Customer   satisfactions .     Based in : Verona Innovation Center     What you can expect from our selection process: Interview with HRBP Global Ops, R&D, SC ;   R&D Director,   Italy   R&D Manager                               Ready to start your new exciting journey with us?
