The impact you'll have In the role of SF Stock Controlling Team Leader, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager Roll EU and you will manage a team of 3 people located in different plants of Europe. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Order Fulfilment, Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Commercial for daily activities in a challenging and international environment, as well as getting exposure to the Plants Directors and Operation Director for discussion of key results of the activities. You will calculate target of stock to find the right equilibrium between cost (or WC) and service and find new way to improve the service reducing stock. You will lead a team in charge of guaranteeing stock at target level, in line with the company policies, interacting constantly with internal functions to guarantee the respect of that level You will monitor and implement performance KPIs in line with company standards You will collaborate constantly with the Coating Planning team to propose them continuous improving activities as new production campaign or potential capacity improvement to meet the medium-long term demand The attitudes and skills we’re looking for You hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering or related You demonstrate 2 years of experience in similar sector would be considered a plus You demonstrate 2 years of experience in managing team would be considered a plus You own strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities You show strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with the different functions You have proactivity, drive, communication skills, ability to influence, high level of energy and sense of responsibility You are able to manage stress and workloads You know IT tools (e.g. Excel) You have a result orientation, pragmatism and customer-centric approach You are proficient in English.
