Overview: Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work” Position involves a role that is responsible for the managing the onboaridng team that is responsible for implementation of Blue Yonder Category Management. These include independently handling the implementation and providing solutions to technical/functional issues. The associate should have strong product knowledge in at least any 3 of the areas (SP, FP & AO, CKB, CC, Reporting Should be able to lead a team of 5-10 people independently. Scope: Core responsibilities include to manage the Onboarding team and handle the issues, escalations for implementation projects. Our current technical environment: Software: BY Products, Dot Net, BA Tools (Cognos) , IIS, Tomcat Tools: PowerShell scripting, SQL, Basics of C# scripting, GIT, Rest API, OAuth Frameworks/Others: Azure, Control-m, Zabbix monitoring, Git etc., Cloud Architecture : MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD) Integration:  Mulesoft, Kafka, File based & API Integrations. What you’ll do: Should have good knowledge in Category Management. Should have hands-on experience with installing and configuring the product and understand the interactions within various modules. Should have implementation experience on Blue Yonder products with at least one or two full cycle implementation experiences. Candidate should be familiar with Azure Basics and preferably should have completed Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification. It is desirable to have a candidate who has worked on oracle to SQL server migration. The candidate should be able to manage the architecture challenges from migrating to SQL + data migration issues. Candidate should possess knowledge of batch scheduling tools used in Azure. Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of integration options with Azure and be able to advise on the Web services [SOAP, REST etc.]. It is preferable if the candidate has previous experience of working in any of the cloud technologies and should be familiar with the basic network terminologies. Should have experience in reviewing the integration design and suggest best practices. Should work as a liaison between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates Candidate should be able to review an existing application set up and perform an assessment for suitability to upgrade. Understands how Blue Yonder solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes. Should have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of any defect management tool will be an added advantage. Ensures quantity and quality content in the Knowledgebase. Should be able to drive a KT and Transition plan effectively. It will be an added advantage to have a candidate with knowledge of incident, problem and change management process. Responsible for incident resolution for specific set of customers within the specified POD / Product / Project Adheres to priority-based management based on impact + urgency. Drive Service Improvement Plans and ensuring the Incident Management process is performed as designed What we are looking for: Communication: Associate has good English language Skills both verbal and written Associate has expert customer service/phones skills - Being able to walk associates through advanced tasks over the phone and dealing with difficult customers Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external personnel with emphasis on follow-through and reporting. Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills. Personality Fit Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to make modifications to the systems with little or no interruption of service. Ability to organize projects and tasks according to priorities. A person in this position should be a good project leader and could communicate effectively project plans and status of projects. Must be self-motivated and enjoy a sense of pride in their accomplishments. Work Experience 7-10 year of work experience To have experience in Category Management products. Experience with working on Azure & understands Azure landscape to Implement the product architecture effectively. Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting. Nice to have – Proficiency in Windows/Unix commands and troubleshooting skills Good understanding on Control-m & other CLM/BL tools. Candidate must have working knowledge of various infra components like Network, SFTP, Database etc Personality Fit Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines. Should be able to lead a team of 5-10 people independently. Ability to make modifications to the systems with little or no interruption of service. Ability to organize tasks according to priorities. Completes assigned work within allotted time Assists Project Managers in planning efforts Provide Project Manager with precise and timely updates of ongoing activities and accomplishments Notify Project Manager promptly of any issues or delays in assigned activities Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Flexible and maintains a teamwork attitude. Miscellaneous Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends, as project and system availability requirements demand.
