Job Details: Yard Shag Driver – Dakota City (Full Time, C‑Shift) Overview Responsible for safely moving and spotting trailers within the Dakota City facility to support yard and plant operations. Key Duties Move trailers to designated on‑site locations Enter/exit shag tractor, open trailer doors, and secure safety equipment Lift 50 lbs.+ and work in hot, cold, wet, and dry environments Stand 8–10 hours and complete trailer washing/product protection tasks Use touch screens or manual logs to track trailer movements Schedule & Pay C‑Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Days Off: Sunday, Tuesday Starting Pay: $25.25/hr Qualifications Age 18+ with valid driver’s license Clean MVR; no DUI/DWI in past 12 months Ability to pass post‑offer urinalysis Clear communication; able to work weekends/shift changes Training provided; prior shag experience preferred Physical Requirements Must be able to complete all job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Rehire Eligibility Former employees may be eligible for rehire under the following conditions: A maximum of three total employment terms with the company. A minimum 180-day waiting period after the last date of employment before reapplying.
