Key Responsibilities   Strategic Leadership:   Architect and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of annual flagship marketing projects, including   but not limited to ,   GTM projects,   major sales kickoff events,   large scale   global event s , and strategic playbook initiatives.   Product launch optimization – support product updates and releases in c ross- collaboration   with multiple organizations across Blue   Yonder.   Drive the development and implementation of advanced project management frameworks and best practices to   optimize   efficiency, quality, and scalability across all marketing programs.   Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing expert consultation on campaign strategy, process innovation, and business impact.   Operational Excellence:   Monitor and analyze project management tool data to proactively   identify   bottlenecks, forecast risks, and develop mitigation strategies that ensure seamless project delivery.   Allocate and coordinate resources by evaluating team skill sets, availability, and project requirements to maximize productivity and on-time completion of deliverables.   Oversee multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing and tracking progress to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met.   Agency spend and vendor management – standardizing a process for agency engagement   and cost efficiency;   support   ongoing evaluation of agency performance and   ensure   alignment with business goals.     Marketing   SharePoint   maintenance.     Collaboration & Communication:   Facilitate kick-off meetings and ongoing alignment with cross-functional teams, driving clear communication of project scope,   objectives , and deliverables.   Champion cross-departmental collaboration, partnering closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure process consistency and successful outcomes.   Report regularly on project workflows, manage interdepartmental collaboration, and ensure transparency throughout all project phases.   Mentorship & Talent Development:   Mentor and train junior project managers and new associates, sharing   expertise   and elevating team performance.   Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.   Brand Stewardship:   Uphold urgency, high-quality standards, and accountability in all deliverables and communications.   Champion and   maintain   the Blue Yonder brand, ensuring regional adherence and maximizing brand visibility across all marketing touchpoints.     Core Competencies   Visionary Strategic Thinking:   Ability to see the big picture, align project goals with business   objectives , and drive measurable outcomes.   Executive Leadership:   Demonstrate s   experience in influencing   stakeholders, and   foster s   a culture of accountability and excellence.   Process Optimization:   Skilled   at developing, refining, and scaling project management processes to enhance productivity and quality.   Advanced Communication:   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and building consensus at all organizational levels.   Adaptability & Resourcefulness:   Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.   Mentorship:   Committed to developing talent and sharing   expertise   to elevate team performance.   Business Acumen:    Ability to understand project details within the broader business context and proactively drive outcomes.     Required Experience & Skills   8 + years of experience in project management within marketing, creative, or related fields, with a proven   track record   of leading large-scale, multi-channel projects.   Advanced   expertise   with project management tools and work management platforms; experience with Wrike is strongly preferred.   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite   and experience with SharePoint preferred.   Experience with   marketing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Drift   preferred .   Background   in   marketing is highly desirable.     Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Project Management , Marketing, Business Administration, or   a related   field.   PMP or   an equivalent   project management certification is strongly preferred.   Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
