Blue Yonder Title: Expert Support Engineer Overview We are seeking a skilled Citrix Consultant to deliver, support, and optimize Citrix solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, and NetScaler , along with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills . Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments is essential. This is a customer-facing role requiring both technical depth and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and support Citrix solutions (Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC/Gateway, StoreFront). Serve as a technical SME for troubleshooting Citrix-related incidents (user connectivity, performance issues, application delivery, profile management). Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring technical problems and implement permanent fixes. Work closely with architecture teams to implement solutions that align with business and technical requirements. Support Azure-integrated Citrix environments , including VM provisioning, Azure AD integration, and networking. Manage and optimize user profiles, printing, policies, and resource allocation. Document technical designs, troubleshooting steps, and resolution runbooks. Provide consulting and advisory support to clients on Citrix best practices, upgrades, and performance tuning.   Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Citrix consulting/administration . Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) , Citrix Cloud , and NetScaler ADC/Gateway . Proven track record in advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution in Citrix environments. Knowledge of StoreFront, Machine Creation Services (MCS), Provisioning Services (PVS) . Exposure to Microsoft Azure (Azure VMs, Azure AD, AVD, networking). Experience with PowerShell scripting for Citrix administration and automation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-facing experience.   Preferred Qualifications Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V, CCP-AppDS). Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-140). Experience with FSLogix and other profile/container solutions. Knowledge of performance monitoring and diagnostic tools for Citrix and Azure.
