Scope: A Technical Lead is responsible for owning the end-to-end technical delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise solutions. They provide architectural guidance, set coding standards, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. Technical Leads lead design and code reviews, define reusable frameworks, and optimize system performance while balancing hands-on development with team leadership responsibilities. They mentor and guide senior and junior developers, facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Production Support. They stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement in development processes, architecture, and platform evolution. Our current technical environment: Cloud Infrastructure: The supply chain solutions are hosted on cloud platforms like OCI and AWS, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and real-time data processing. Programming Languages and Frameworks: For backend services, Java (Spring, Hibernate) is used, and for frontend, frameworks like React and bootstrap is used. Database Technologies: Relational databases such as Oracle is used, along with MariaDB and Singlestore for the datawarehouse solutions. Integration and API Technologies: RESTful APIs and SOAP are commonly used for integrating various supply chain components. Data Analytics and AI: Machine learning models, advanced analytics, and AI are often embedded to provide predictive insights and optimize supply chain processes. Technologies like TensorFlow or PyTorch, along with tools for business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), are commonly involved. Architecture: Microservices architecture allows modular, independent components to work together, improving scalability and simplifying maintenance. Security: Technologies like SSL/TLS encryption, OAuth for secure API access, and advanced authentication protocols are used to safeguard sensitive data in the supply chain. What you’ll do: Own and define technical design for complex enterprise systems. Lead design, and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Identify and drive reusable frameworks and components across projects. Remain hands-on with coding, primarily in Java, J2EE, and backend integrations. Ensure proper unit, integration, and functional testing and oversee CI/CD build and release readiness. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production defects. Mentor and guide a team of developers and senior developers on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. Plan, prioritize, and assign work to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Production Support teams. What we are looking for: Education : BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields 7 -10 years in enterprise software development. Experience in Large-scale enterprise applications development Full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support) Enterprise integration patterns and protocols (REST, SOAP, JMS, EDI) Database development and optimization (Oracle or similar RDBMS) Web technologies like React.js, AJAX, jQuery, or similar Expertise in Java, J2EE, and backend development Object-Oriented Design, data structures, and algorithms Software design patterns and architecture Mentoring and leading development teams CI/CD pipelines, build, and release management Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
