Scope: Contributes to the design, implementation, and operation of high-quality software systems across frontend and backend. Takes ownership of features and services in production, ensuring reliability, quality, and maintainability. Balances feature delivery with testing, operational stability, and continuous improvement. Works with a strong DevOps mindset to improve delivery pipelines and runtime reliability. What you’ll do: Design and implement solutions using TypeScript across frontend (React) and backend (NestJS). Own features end to end, including development, testing, deployment, and production support. Apply strong QA and testing practices to ensure high-quality, reliable software. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and safety. Focus on operational reliability, monitoring, and issue prevention. Communicate clearly with teammates and stakeholders on design decisions, issues, and trade-offs. What we’re looking for: 7 to 10 years of overall software engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript across frontend (React) and backend (NestJS). Demonstrated ownership of production systems with a reliability-first mindset. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in real-world environments. Strong QA and testing mindset, with focus on automation and maintainability. Clear and effective communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to have experience with Azure cloud tooling. Exposure to observability tools such as the ELK stack. Experience with workflow automation using Logic Apps or similar tools. Background supporting customer-facing SaaS products is a plus.
