Scope: Core responsibilities include providing L3 technical support for customers hosted on public cloud, performing root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive measures, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand the roadmap and support with operational readiness. Our current technical environment: Our technical environment includes modern cloud and DevOps tooling with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, Bicep), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS). We leverage Azure and OCI platforms, automation frameworks, microservices architecture, and observability tools, while also adopting emerging technologies such as GenAI and AI/ML. Our Technical Environment: Azure VMs, Load balancer , Application Gateway, Storage, Azure Traffic manager, Backups, Azure Site Recovery and Entra ID). Tools: Git, GitHub and source control best practices, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, Bash, ARM, Terraform, Bicep Databases: SQL, MariaDB, and NoSQL What you’ll do: This role is central to our DevOps culture, focusing on automating infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the continuous delivery and operational excellence of our applications. You will collaborate with Product development teams, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. What we are looking for: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management Responsible for providing L2 operational support for Azure IaaS, including incident resolution, change management, and service request handling Flexibility to work in shift-based support rotations, manage escalations, and coordinate with Microsoft support when required. Experience working with Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Networking, Traffic manager, Application Gateway). Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins Basic to intermediate scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Understanding monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics). Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting in Azure. Proficiency in fundamental Linux commands for day-to-day operations.
