Job Details: Job Description:  The Role and Impact The intern will contribute to the development of automation and AI solutions for package failure analysis by supporting automation scripting, AI model development for defect detection, and preparation of inspection datasets such as CSAM and infrared laser scanning confocal images. Responsibilities include assisting with model training, validation, benchmarking against manual analysis, and documenting workflows and results while collaborating with crossfunctional engineering teams and adhering to safety and data governance requirements.
