We are seeking a Consolidation Lead on a fixed term contract based in either Bulgaria or the Czech Republic . This role is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of Group consolidated financial reports in line with IFRS and Group accounting policies. The role leads the consolidation team, partners with Group subsidiaries and stakeholders, and ensures high-quality financial information for Group management reporting. Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Group consolidation team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Manage the end-to-end Group consolidation process, from collection and review of reporting packages to final consolidated outputs Ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS Review, validate, and analyze financial data from Group entities, ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies Coordinate and post consolidation adjustments (top entries), including intragroup transactions and management reporting adjustments Provide guidance and technical support to subsidiaries contributing to Group reporting Maintain strong relationships with finance stakeholders across the Group and act as key contact for users of consolidated financial statements Drive efficient processes, controls, and improvements in data collection, consolidation tools, and reporting practices Prepare selected parts of IFRS consolidated financial statements, including support for Annual Report and disclosures Coordinate external audit activities related to Group consolidated financial statements and reporting packages Support management through periodic and ad-hoc financial analysis Qualifications, required skills and experience: University Degree in Economics or Finance, Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) 5 years of finance experience and 2 years of people management experience on a global or regional role Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles Experience with SAP ERP and consolidation CPM systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively across functions and drive process improvements Fluency in English and advanced MS Office skills What is in it for you: An opportunity to work for a  successful international pharmaceutical company .
