Roční placený Trainee program je určen absolventům SŠ/VOŠ, kteří chtějí nastartovat kariéru ve farmaceutické výrobě. Program ti umožní: získat praktickou zkušenost napříč výrobním závodem, porozumět celému procesu výroby léčiv od vstupních surovin po finální balení, osvojit si principy správné výrobní praxe (GMP), rozvinout odborné dovednosti pod vedením zkušených kolegů, připravit se na odbornou pozici Od trainee očekáváme: Absolvent/ka SŠ nebo VOŠ (chemický, farmaceutický, technický nebo příbuzný obor) Zájem o výrobu léčiv a technologické procesy Ochota pracovat ve směnném provozu Pečlivost, zodpovědnost a týmová spolupráce Chuť učit se novým věcem a dlouhodobě se rozvíjet Předpokládaný nástup: září 2026
