MISSION STATEMENT Artwork/Mock-up creation Coordination of graphics of packaging materials Communication with suppliers, affiliates and internal departments BOM creation MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for creating  of graphics of packaging materials of the product  used for registration purposes (Mockup) as well as for the purposes of production-printing of packaging material (Artwork). The graphics should respect graphic design manual, Artwork and Vistalink  guideline, legislative rules related to packaging materials, technical and technological rules during the production of packaging material as well as during packaging process. Responsibility for corrections and validation of PM within workflow (VistaLink Tool). Responsible for coordination and plant final (design) validation for Mockups and Artworks  in case that External CMOs is responsible for Artwork preparation. Responsible for establishing of new BOM and maintaining existing BOM in SAP or CEP based on change management and communication of these valid BOM with EPP Demand management. Communication with supplier to obtain keylines and technical validations and final print proofs as well as communication with affiliates to inform them about expected changes due to the technical reason. Responsibility for final print proofs validation process. Actively coordinates incoming changes with suppliers and other involved departments to match planned production.  Creates Trackwise Change Control. Informing n+1 manager in the case of general problems that affect the delay submitting of artworks - ideally 1 per week. Responsible for reporting of KPI´s (Summary of Artworks and mockups). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS High school with technical, graphic or printing orientation, technically oriented Minimum 2 years of experience in DTP or Graphic Agency Expert knowledge of the pre-press, graphic design, printing and  packaging  technology Professional skills in working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Knowledge of Win Office applications Communication skills Project management as benefit Active knowledge of English
