We ensure a smooth transition of products from late-stage development into full-scale commercial production. Our responsibilities include process scale-up, troubleshooting of manufacturing challenges, assessment and optimization of technologies and procedures, as well as coordination of product transfers between production sites. We collaborate closely with cross-functional partners such as Controlling, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and others to secure seamless delivery and compliance. We are currently seeking a highly capable professional to manage the technology transfer activities within solid dosage forms. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving unexpected technical issues in production, aligning manufacturing and regulatory documentation, implementing process and formulation changes, qualifying new suppliers of active substances and primary packaging materials , and ensuring contract manufacturing and product validation in accordance with GMP standards. Requirements University degree in chemistry or pharmaceutical technology/manufacturing. Fluency in Czech/Slovak as well as good knowledge of English. Organization and prioritization skills with strong sense of reliability. Passion to learn new things. An advantage might be the knowledge of given professional area - Pharmaceutical Technology, API Technology and Production  or knowledge of GMP rules and authorities requirements.
