Key responsibilities of position (Job Description) Prepare and issue quotations for HFH AS and CS products and services, in line with established sales processes and guidelines. Identify and verify required parts/products based on customer needs and technical requirements. Create, manage, and actively follow up transactional quotes to ensure the proposed value is understood and meets customer needs. Proactively identify and propose up-/cross-selling opportunities. Book and process orders for HFH AS and CS; ensure accurate order entry and documentation. Monitor order progress, delivery status, and lead times; coordinate corrective actions when needed. Communicate with customers and provide technical support for transactional orders (parts, service, and standard products). Coordinate with field sales, customer support, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Follow up invoicing matters (invoice status, discrepancies, and payment-related coordination). Manage claims, including registration, investigation, stakeholder coordination, and timely resolution. Use CRM and other tools consistently and with high data quality to support the sales process and decision-making. Requirements / Qualification 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support (preferred) Preferred to have experience in iScala, CRM/ERP systems Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English Demonstrates agility, strong decision-making, and a proactive drive for results Excels in customer focus, collaboration, networking, and continuous learning B achelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering preferred Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society.
