Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben bei Eraneos Zusammen mit deinen Arbeitskolleg:innen unterstützt du die Schweizer Armee und deren Umfeld auf dem Weg der Digitalisierung. Deine technologischen Kenntnisse setzt du in den Projekten ein, um komplexe Problemstellungen zu lösen. Als Projektleiter übernimmst du den Lead und führst das Projektteam zum Erfolg. Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn Du vertieftes Verständnis in der Informationstechnologie besitzt. Du einen technischen Hochschulabschluss (MSc oder ähnliches) hast. Du abgeschlossene militärische Ausbildung (RS, UOS, OS) vorweisen kannst. Du Erfahrung in der Verteidigungsbranche und deren spezifischen Herausforderungen mitbringst. Du Erfahrung in Projektarbeiten hast, idealerweise nach HERMES. Du eine strukturierte Arbeitsmethodik anwendest. Du analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz zeigst. Du teamfähig bist und ein hohe Lernbereitschaft besitzt. Du gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten hast.
