That’s the job – Your main tasks: Analyse and model business processes, translating them into smart and scalable CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics). Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to capture, structure, and prioritise business and user requirements. Develop clear and comprehensive functional specifications and support CRM configuration throughout the project lifecycle. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and ensure smooth adoption. Take ownership in project delivery by supporting testing activities, driving change management, and ensuring a high-quality rollout. This job is for you, if: You have solid, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within CRM-driven environments. You are passionate about improving business processes and enjoy leveraging state-of-the-art CRM technologies to create real business value. You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and feel comfortable working with agile methods and collaborative delivery models. You communicate confidently in both German and English (spoken and written) and can convey complex topics in a clear and structured manner. You work proactively, think in solutions rather than problems, and bring strong analytical skills with a high sense of ownership. As the icing on the cake, you bring along Experience in the Life Sciences industry and a solid understanding of its regulatory and process landscape. Recognised CRM certifications — such as Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst, Veeva CRM certifications, or Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant — combined with experience in consulting, project management, or business analysis within Life Sciences environments.
