The Senior Director, Product Consulting is responsible for leading and overseeing strategic initiatives across multiple departments, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Requires strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the organizational structure to shape and execute the company's long-term vision. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 10+ Years of Relevant Experience What will you be doing in this role? Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support company-wide objectives and long-term growth.  Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with overall business strategy. Oversee operations across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability in execution.  Influence organizational direction by providing strategic insight, data-driven recommendations, and forward-looking planning.  Build and maintain high-performing teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.  Monitor performance metrics and operational outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.  Management Responsibilities: Lead and direct the activities of teams across one or more functional areas.  Drive strategic initiatives, translating company strategy into multifunctional objectives for the department or segment.
