We're looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partne r to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Belgrade! The successful candidate will undertake a variety of recruitment duties, such as sourcing, reviewing, screening and identifying candidates for our open jobs and working with high volume roles. We'd like to speak with you if you have passion for recruitment and you're in early stages of your career! Please note that this will be 6 months fixed-term contract. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 2 years of prior recruitment experience Experience in use of MS Office Proficient in English It would be great if you also have  . . .  ​Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related field Previous experience with Workday What will you be doing in this role?    Provide basic guidance to hiring managers on best practices for hiring.   Host candidate interviews and lead interviewer feedback sessions .   Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through social media and professional networks. Post jobs through the applicant tracking system in alignment with job posting guidelines.   Extend job offers an d negotiate offer terms with candidates to facilitate offer acceptance.    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.   About the Team    You will be a member of a team of 6 Talent Acquisition professionals working in our Belgrade office. This role will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and will provide operational TA support to Clarivate colleagues.
