That’s the job – Your main tasks: Design and blueprint scalable Salesforce CRM architectures tailored to client needs and business goals. Lead platform selection, integration, and implementation initiatives from an architectural and guiding perspective. Analyse complex business and technical requirements and translate them into robust, future-proof Salesforce strategies. Advise clients on best practices related to scalability, security, governance, and data management within the Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions. This job is for you, if: You are passionate about driving digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industry. You have proven experience as a CRM Architect or in a comparable senior CRM leadership role, ideally with a focus on Salesforce. You combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and enjoy designing solutions that create real business value. You communicate confidently in both German and English (spoken and written) and can convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. As the icing on the cake, you bring along A Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or other advanced Salesforce architecture certifications. Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document or content management processes in Life Sciences environments. Certifications in leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
