Do you want to create content that people actually engage with—while learning from experienced creatives in a fast-growing in‑house team? If you’re a recent graduate with a passion for writing and an eye for trends, this role is your perfect launchpad. 🔍 The Job We’re expanding our in-house creative capability and looking for two Junior Copywriters to join us on a 2‑year fixed-term contract. You’ll support the creation of social content, campaign copy, scripts, captions and more—while learning how a modern brand speaks, grows, and shows up across the digital world. Working alongside the Creative Lead, Social Media Lead, designers and campaign teams, you’ll help bring ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, email, web and paid media. This is a learning-focused role, designed to build your skills in copywriting, social storytelling, content production and performance-led creative. 💼 Key Responsibilities Copywriting & Creative Development Write copy for social posts, digital ads, email, website content, scripts and campaign materials. Adapt and update copy for always‑on activity under the guidance of senior team members. Turn long-form ideas into short, punchy formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. Social Media Content Creation Support planning and creation of weekly and monthly content calendars. Help develop script outlines, captions, hooks and content ideas that fit brand tone. Assist with reactive, sponsorship and brand storytelling content. Prepare posts for publishing across owned channels, incorporating internal feedback. Support social reporting and help manage incoming messages and comments via tools such as Verint/Conversocial or Sprout Social. Performance Marketing Support Create copy variations for A/B testing with support from senior creatives. Assist in developing assets for performance-led campaigns. Content Production & Collaboration Co-create visual and written assets with designers, social creators and campaign managers. Support basic video edits, reels and short-form content using simple editing tools. Collaborate across marketing, sponsorship, digital and comms teams. Reporting, Insights & Optimisation Monitor content performance and assist in extracting insights on engagement, CTR, retention and more. Stay up to date with social trends, storytelling formats and copywriting best practices. 🔍 The Person You’re creative, curious and plugged into social culture. You know what makes good content good —and you’re excited to turn ideas into posts, scripts or captions that people want to watch, like or share. You’re organised, eager to learn, open to feedback and collaborative by nature. Most importantly, you can show us your potential through a portfolio, writing samples or social content you’ve created. Experience, Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Basic writing and editing skills tailored for digital and social channels. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar). Understanding of scheduling tools, content calendars and platform requirements. Awareness of SEO basics, hashtags and analytics fundamentals. Bonus: exposure to paid social, Meta Ads, display formats or A/B testing. Core Competencies Creative, detail‑oriented and passionate about social trends and brand storytelling. Receptive to feedback and eager to develop your craft. Organised with good communication and collaboration skills. Over the 2‑year fixed-term contract, you’ll build a strong foundation of transferable creative and marketing skills—setting you up for future career progression in a thriving industry.
