Position Summary Based in Spinningfields, Manchester, our studio is home to over seventy talented development professionals dedicated to creating and producing high‑quality game content for both UK and international markets. About the Role As a Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the full lifecycle of our slot games—from early concept through to final QA sign‑off. Working alongside game designers, artists, engineers, sound designers, and project managers, you will champion the game vision, maintain alignment across teams, and ensure every title reaches its full creative and commercial potential. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and an enthusiasm for slot games. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Game Design team to understand and refine the creative and functional vision for each game Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Game Specifications, mood boards, asset lists, and design briefs Guide cross‑functional teams throughout development to ensure all elements—art, mechanics, sound, and logic—align with the intended game vision Oversee the game from early concept through production, integration, testing, and final QA sign‑off Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment at key milestones and secure timely sign‑offs Contribute creative ideas to optimise visual identity, gameplay mechanics, and player engagement Collaborate daily with Project Management, Art, Sound, Engineering, and QA departments Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently, resolving issues that may impact quality or timelines Essential Experience & Skills Experience in Retail Slots or iGaming Strong understanding of game development processes and end‑to‑end production Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence & Jira) Genuine passion for slot games and player‑centric design Excellent attention to detail and a creative, solutions‑focused mindset Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines Desirable Skills Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative and technical teams Familiarity with slot game maths, game logic, or feature design Understanding of production workflows in gaming or entertainment Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and internal teams Qualifications What We Offer Annual performance bonus 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Hybrid working model (3 days in the office) 1 paid volunteer day for charitable work 1 paid celebration day (e.g., birthdays) “Half Day for Health” to support personal wellbeing Up to 8% employer pension contributions Rewards platform with Cycle to Work, lifestyle discounts, and cashback Remote GP access Private Medical Insurance Elective benefits: Tastecard, Travel Insurance, Dental Insurance, Give As You Earn Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Additional Information Hybrid role based at our Manchester office Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments during the interview process Please note: we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time
