We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Product Manager to join our Innovative Public Library (Vega suite) team in Belgrade. In this role, you will lead a small product development team independently, ensuring consistent and prompt delivery of high-quality outcomes that are aligned with overall product and organizational objectives and drive product development and strategy. This role drives the product roadmap, supports strategic decision‑making, enables sales commitments, and safeguards customer retention by consistently advancing product development and execution.   About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  5 years of professional experience in product management or a related field 3 years of experience working in a Scrum environment or similar Agile frameworks, with a strong understanding of product development cycles and cross-functional collaboration. 3 years of experience with SaaS multi‑tenant architectures Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience Proficiency in English   It would be great if you also have . . .  Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Lucid or similar platforms Experience working with AI‑enabled products or capabilities, including applying machine learning or generative AI concepts to enhance product functionality and customer outcomes. What will you be doing in this role? Own end-to-end technical product delivery for platform capabilities, aligning roadmap, milestones, and cross-team dependencies to deliver measurable outcomes.   Develop clear, well‑structured functional requirements for API and integration specifications, including authentication and authorization flows such as SSO implementations using   Keycloak   Define and document performance, scalability, security, and other non‑functional requirements to ensure APIs, integrations, and identity solutions meet reliability, compliance, and operational standards.   Communicate technical strategy, decisions, and status in crisp, audience-appropriate formats, ensuring stakeholders   remain   informed   and surprises are avoided.   Execute strong cross‑functional program management, coordinating work across product s , engineering   teams ,   UX , marketing, and other stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes on time and at scale.   Champion innovation by proposing   new approaches , encouraging creative problem solving, and   iterating on   processes that improve product quality and delivery speed.   Product you will be supporting   Discover the future of library innovation with Clarivate’s Innovative Public Library, Vega suite — a platform designed to empower communities, elevate access to knowledge, and transform how libraries serve their patrons. About the Team  You will be a member of a team of 4 Product Managers, based in the US and Belgrade and will be reporting to Director, Product Management based in the US.
