We are looking for a Manager-Bid Proposal, to join our team in Bangalore. You will lead a team of bid managers and/or knowledge managers, overseeing the execution of bid strategies across multiple projects. Drive improvements in bid management processes and ensure alignment with broader business goals. Support and develop processes and people to help win business and delight customers. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in bid/proposal management Experience leading cross-functional collaboration for strategic proposals Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor analysis Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and objectively in both written and spoken English with proficiency in Microsoft Office products It would be great if you also had . . .    Experience using bid management tools (e.g., Loopio)  Prior experience or background in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry is preferred. Ability to multi-task, pivot between task and projects to adapt to changing priorities with focus on meeting committed deadlines Demonstrated ability in problem solving, decision making and using sound judgement aligned with team and company’s business objectives. What will you be doing in this role?   Lead and mentor the bid management team, setting goals, tracking performance, and handling staffing, coaching, and development needs. Develop and execute bid strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and effective escalation handling. Oversee end‑to‑end proposal management, including resource allocation, coordination, timelines, compliance, and bid library maintenance. Analyze market trends and competitor insights to strengthen bid positioning and drive continuous process improvements. Ensure accurate reporting and delivery against KPIs, reviewing team outputs and enhancing overall bid function performance.
