Position Summary Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for firm products. Develops, modifies and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition and processing. Non-engineer roles that are primarily performing audits and tests of software products in accordance with established test plans and procedures and are not involved in the development of test plans should be matched Software Test Technician. Execute duties as a Manual Tester 2. Foster close collaboration and communication among diverse teams and studios. 3. Evaluate requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback. 4. Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases. 5. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. 6. Identify, record, thoroughly document, and track bugs. 7. Conduct comprehensive regression testing post bug resolution. 8. Formulate and implement testing processes for new and existing products based on requirements. 9. Collaborate with internal studio teams (Developers, Product Owners, Designers) to ascertain system requirements. 10. Extract test requirements from specifications. 11. Troubleshoot quality issues and adjust test procedures accordingly. 12. Respond to requests from internal teams and QA Leads. 13. Document test procedures to ensure repeatability and compliance with standards. 14. Record software defects, monitor progress in a timely manner, and escalate aging and priority defects. 15. Present the test coverage matrix, linking test requirements to test cases. 16. Lead and innovate in QA processes and methodologies. 17. Contribute to shaping the company's testing strategy and practices. Skills: 1. Proficient in software QA methodologies and processes. 2. Expertise in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. 3. High-level analytical and critical thinking skills. 4. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. 5. Basic knowledge of casino table games like "BlackJack," "Craps," "Roulette," and "Poker Games" (3 Card Poker, Casino War, Ultimate Texas Hold'em), and Sicbo is advantageous. -Not Mandatory. 6. Knowledge of Data analytics- is advantageous- not mandatory. 7. Automation experience using python & exposure to Selenium frameworks is desirable. Soft Skills: 1. Proficient in English. 2.
