Light & Wonder is committed to the highest standards of integrity, from promoting player responsibility to implementing sustainable practices.         To own and lead our content roadmap   for our new   LnW   Studio,   located   in Sofia . The Advanced Game Producer will have full accountability for the roadmap, its   content   as well as the   studio   team. They will work closely with the   Art Lead   and Technical Lead   for the   Sofia Studio   who will   be responsible for   day to day   creative process and   game production.     With the support of the   Art Lead, Technical Lead and   Studio Team ,   the AGP has ultimate sign off game roadmaps. With a broad knowledge of themes, mechanics, math   models   and market   trends   the AGP will also contribute to and continuously feed into game concepts,   specs   and development.     To work closely with all the   Art   Lead   to ensure we build the right games for the   EU   market holding ourselves creatively to the highest standards   Management of the wider studio team. Work closely with the ELK studio to   ensure best practices are brought into the team, mirroring those employed within that studio.    Collaborate and communicate effectively with the   St rategy Director and   Portfolio Director to align on game roadmaps,   capacity   and priorities within each game studio   Maintain continuous dialogue with regional MDs to ensure we have a plan to win our key markets and out content, roadmaps, processes   etc   are set to meet the asks   Data and insight provide huge value to our content choices and rationale. It is the role of the AGP to   maintain   constant dialogue with this team and its leaders to cover all bases on new and legacy content. Dive into market,   operator   and player BI to help derive content choices across the board and across the content team   Effectively report upwards to the   S VP of Game Development to update on current and future roadmaps and strategy   Attend and present at wider business team sessions when   required   Be an active participant in wider content projects. These projects can be anything from new, innovative content trials to platform features to new market initiatives.   Bring new game concepts and ideas to the table to present to the team. Be prepared to lead certain games from start to finish and collaborate with all necessary teams to ensure highest quality game content   Be alert and   the encourage   the team to remain industry leaders. Play all new games,   martial all key competitors ,   observe   and lead market trends.   Be hands on with the marketing team. Make sure, with the help of   other   Creative Directors, that we are applying muscle to the right content, at the right content and in the right ways to ensure we unlock the potential of our epics   Attend and   participate   in key industry conferences and events when   required   Strike and   maintain   face to face   relationships with key team leads.    Qualifications Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.   Industry Experience : Extensive experience in the   iCasino   or iGaming industry is crucial. Candidates should have a strong understanding of online casino products, services, and the competitive landscape within the   EU   market.   Content Strategy Expertise : In-depth knowledge of content strategy, including content creation, distribution, and   optimisation   techniques tailored for the iGaming sector.   Leadership Skills : Proven leadership experience is essential for this role. Candidates should   demonstrate   the ability to lead and manage a team of content creators, editors, and strategists effectively.   Creative Skills : Strong creative skills are necessary for developing engaging and innovative content ideas that resonate with the   iCasino   audience.   Analytical Skills :   Proficiency   in data analysis and interpretation is crucial for measuring the performance of content campaigns,   identifying   trends, and making data-driven decisions to   optimise   content strategies.   Regulatory Knowledge : A solid understanding of the regulatory environment surrounding iGaming in the UK, including compliance with Gambling Commission regulations and responsible gambling practices.   Excellent Communication Skills : Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying brand messages,   maintaining   brand voice consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.   Project Management Skills : The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and   allocate   resources efficiently.   Adaptability and Innovation : Given the dynamic nature of the iGaming industry, candidates should   demonstrate   adaptability to change and a willingness to embrace   new technologies   and trends to stay ahead of the competition.   Networking Abilities : Strong networking skills to build and   maintain   relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and influencers within the iGaming community.   Candidates who   possess   a combination of these qualifications, along with a passion for the iGaming industry, are well-positioned to excel in this role.
