To learn more, visit lnw.com.   Key Responsibilities   Creating a Welcoming & Connected Office   Organise office events such as lunches, breakfasts, team gatherings, and holiday celebrations   Manage ordering, setup, and clean-up to ensure events run smoothly   Recognise birthdays and work anniversaries so employees feel valued and included   Decorate the office for seasonal occasions (e.g. holidays, Halloween) to   maintain   a warm and engaging atmosphere   Supporting Daily Office Operations   Manage   purchasing   of office essentials, including hygiene supplies, refreshments, and snacks   Ensure the office is always well-stocked and comfortable for employees and visitors   Receive and manage incoming mail   Support general office needs as they arise   Vendor & Local Partner Coordination   Act as   local   point of contact with the landlord for building and facilities matters   Coordinate with cleaning services and other local providers (e.g. coffee suppliers, event vendors)   Maintain strong relationships with local agencies and service partners to support the studio   HR,   Financ e   & Administrative Support   Support HR and Payroll teams ,   co-ordin ating   local   documentation   requirements , and ensuring correct set-up and compliance   L ia i son with local   govt.   agencies , payroll and benefits partners and providers      Local Expenses Management   Process invoices for office-related services (utilities, cleaning, internet, etc.)   Work closely with the Accounts Payables team to ensure   accurate   and   timely   payments   Follow up as needed to resolve invoice or payment issues   Safety, Compliance & Standards   Maintain and update safety and security posters in line with requirements   Support ISO   and   other standard   certification activities   as requested Qualifications What   We’re   Looking For   We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes pride in creating a well-run office.
